Bloody Rubies
Crimson red stones, reminiscing precious gems like rubies. Each contains a piece of the magical power of Egzuls or the Elder Dragons, or whoever else created them.
Jewel of the Court
In the 800s it was shattered to pieces and put in the diadem of the dukes of Weilten. Whatever powers it possessed before it might be mundane now.
The Heart of the Forest
Little Blood, Krewka, was according to legends of elves from Trianamath buried deep in the forest, being its magical heart. From it, a tree crying tears of blood grew and then gave birth to many monsters that prowl the forest. The Ladies of the Woods, three birds cursed into humanoid forms, Shrike, Tit and Jay, live in the trunk of this tree. They’re responsible for giving the gem its bloody offerings.
Unwanted Gift
Known also as Icosahedron, Unwanted Gift was a present from the Sea Witch, Scidia Sroka, to pirate Morey. It was meant as proof of her unrequited love, and as such Morey gave it away to his bastards. The gem was passed over the generations of the Morey family, who eventually settled in Kaiten. Eventually, Luca Shaw came in the possession of it, and in 916 presented the gem as Icosahedron to Aramis the Dark Wolf. Using the gem Aramis became the master assassin and shared his powers with his gang. After his death in 919, the gem was in possession of his son, Henry Hawke, who kept using it till 943 when he also died. Unwanted Gift returned then the last descendant of Morey, Kirin Shaw, who in turn gifted it to Duchess Phillipa Montecalvo of Weilten. In 945 Phillipa presents it to her royal protector Kaariss Vashoth and in 947 he disappears with it in the Flickering Tower of Usher.
Samson 's Blood
Found by the children of the wandering Exalted tribe Val-Koos in the lair of Xilmelloth in Errant in 932. Xilmelloth killed the children. Samson’s Blood (also known as Samsonite) was once again discovered in 943 by the expedition to Errant’s Undercity led by Viscount Veshen Turrat and Saintess Dalca. Since then it’s been in the possession of the Saintess.
Ruby of The South
Gifted to an elf named Briar by Imrust Fucli in 940 this ruby is supposedly able to open any U'teralas south of the Odian Sea and carve a hole in the Mist. Briar was killed in 941 before she could use it, and since then Ruby of The South has been in possession of Iorv Evanura.
Tremor
Created by Maddox Raelcun in 945 from the blood of The Elder Dragons Daziron the Quiet. This blood was previously used to tattoo magical arrays on Maddox's palms, but after losing both of his hands Maddox decided to create the Bloody Ruby. He found his mummified hand and magically extracted the ancient blood from the tattoo.
